Friends of Lucas County Children Services
Friends of Lucas County Children Services (LCCS) is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of children and families served by Lucas County Children Services and increasing community awareness of the growing need for foster families and adoptive homes.
Children benefiting from our efforts are currently in the care and custody of Lucas County Children Services or residing with foster families and kinship caregivers. Removed from their homes because of abuse or neglect, those children experienced trauma, and they could suffer physical, emotional, or behavioral difficulties as a result.
